Joana is an Honours in Financial Accounting (B.Com) graduate from the North West University in South Africa. She completed her 3 years articles at an Audit and Accounting practice where she then did another year as a supervisor in the Accounting & Advisory department with exposure to different sectors including Aviation and the Medical field. She has over 10 years of experience in the service and retail industry. In her role at MTM, Joana supports the implementation & maintenance of financial processes & systems to achieve accuracy of information for reporting & decision-making across the group.
