Justine is the Head of Quality at MTM and has a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology. Justine has over 30 years experience working in quality and has had various quality positions within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector at CDMOs and Sponsor organisations. During her roles in quality she has built and implemented a number of quality systems to support both the operational and compliance aspects of the business. In her role at M:M, Justine is responsible for leading quality through the ecosystem by building an experienced quality team and designing and implementing quality systems to align with the business and its objectives.
